The Parashari System

AstroPath uses the Parashari system of Vedic astrology (Jyotish Shastra), attributed to the ancient sage Parashara and documented in the Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra. This is the most widely practiced system of Indian astrology, employing a framework of 12 houses (Bhavas), 9 planets (Navagraha including Rahu and Ketu), and 27 Nakshatras (lunar mansions) to interpret a birth chart.

Divisional Chart Analysis

Every AstroPath report analyzes multiple divisional charts (Varga charts) beyond the main birth chart (D1/Rashi). The Navamsa chart (D9) reveals marriage and spiritual destiny. The Dasamsa chart (D10) uncovers career potential. These divisional charts provide a layered, high-resolution analysis that generic horoscopes cannot offer.

Shadbala & Dasha Timing
