2. Description of Services

AstroPath provides personalized Vedic astrology reports generated using the Parashari system. Our reports analyze birth charts (Kundli) based on user-provided birth details to offer insights on wealth, career, marriage, health, and life guidance. Reports are generated algorithmically using established Vedic astrology principles.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate birth details (date, time, and place of birth) for report generation.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• One account per person. Sharing account access is not permitted.

4. Payments and Refunds

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• Reports are delivered digitally within 5 minutes of successful payment.
• Due to the digital nature of our reports, refunds are provided only if the report was not generated or contains a technical error. Contact support within 7 days of purchase.
• Reports generated with incorrect birth details provided by the user are not eligible for refunds.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on AstroPath — including report templates, analysis algorithms, website design, text, graphics, and logos — is the property of AstroPath and protected by intellectual property laws. Your purchased reports are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or published without written consent.

6. Disclaimer

AstroPath reports are based on Vedic astrology (Jyotish Shastra) and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. Our reports should not be considered a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of astrological predictions. Users should exercise their own judgment when making life decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstroPath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific report in question.

8. Prohibited Uses

• Using our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to reverse-engineer our report generation algorithms
• Scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction from our website
• Impersonating another person or providing false birth details
• Reselling or commercially distributing our reports

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
